Customers can make requests through the MB Smart app on their devices.
All other customer support must be done via email through their MB app - this is how we can keep the price low.

Customers can remotely access the MB Smart Customer Portal from any device to request changes to their account
This also allows parents to control change requests for their children's devices.
To access the portal, go to http://customer.mbsmartservices.net/ and enter the Account ID and PIN.
After manually entering your Account ID and PIN the first time, save the new link as a bookmark. This way, you can easily return to the same account the next time without entering your "Account ID" again.
Important !! At least one mail application must be open on the device to contact support or the TAG office.
