Apple Watch issues:
In the Main tab on the portal, toggle off Whitelist Apps (Be careful: this allows new apps to open without request)
Consider closing the App Store for protection.
Please note that Apple Screen Time and the MB Smart filter can conflict with each other. In cases where both are active, the stricter setting will take priority.
To avoid conflicts, we recommend disabling website and app restrictions in Screen Time and allowing MB Smart to handle the filtering. For example, if Screen Time is set to “Allowed Websites Only” (whitelist), you won’t be able to manage the whitelist remotely through MB Smart. The same applies to app ratings and other content restrictions—if both systems are used, remote adjustments via MB Smart may not work.
However, Downtime and App Limits must still be set directly on the device, as these features are not managed by MB Smart.
On the portal, go to the Main tab and send Manual DNS (Pre iOS 16.5).
Open the email on the iPhone/iPad and click the link.

Step 1: Check for a Manual DNS Profile
Open Settings on the device.
Navigate to General > VPN & Device Management.

In the Portal, go to the Main tab and enter the copied code into the DNS Profile Removal Code Gen field.

The system will generate a capital-letter removal code (if not, retry).
On iOS, open the DNS profile, tap Remove, and enter the generated code.
