Common Issues & Fixes

• Email to support not working in MB App → No email app is set up on the phone.

• iMessage not working → Enable Allow Chats in the Restrictions tab.

• FaceTime not working → Enable Allow Video Conferencing in Restrictions.

• Apple services not working → Check Restrictions > Services.

• Apple Music Radio requires Radio Service enabled.

• Explicit content requires the toggle to be turned on.

• CarPlay not working → Siri must be enabled in Restrictions.

• Hotspot issues:

  • DNS categories and URL lists may interfere with Hotspot functionality on iPhone/iPad (cellular versions).

  • Try disabling Settings > Personal Hotspot > Maximize Compatibility.

  • Ensure the Special Config "Google Site Block Images Tab" is disabled (this may help but is not always effective).
