MB Smart has a Free Block-All for Android and iOS devices
It will completely block the Internet - it's not an apps-only account, no Internet will work at all, and the App Store won't either.
There are NO workarounds, and no apps will have a data connection.
Ask for support in Slack if you need to change a device from BlockAll to a regular plan.

Use this TAG name: -tag--tagblockall-
To return a device from BlockAll to a regular plan, set the TAG association, and only for Android, you will need to activate this SC "Back to normal."
